Mornin Mags..It took me 20 mins to get out of bed  then I sat down to have coffee and couldn't get up again But after some pain killers and as long as I do not bend or sit down..it is not too bad Honestly I feel about 90!!!!We have a lovely morning, but it is raining off and on... |

I always find Ibufrofen works best for back pain. You'll have to try to rest as much as possible......difficult I know when you've got animals to look after. .......and keep out of those Scottish winds! |

As long as I can walk,There's no problem, Just won't be able to sit down today..Spent lastnight a the dog class watching..Mind you a very attractive gentleman offered me a firemans lift!!!! |
