I am back in agony, was sitting and turned round must have pulled something in my back, I can't bend down, and trying to get up frm sitting is bloomin sore... managed to drive home, but had to be pulled out the car.....hopfully it will be better by the morning.spent the entire evening sitting watching. |

Ooooo Moli, that's nasty.....I hope you haven't done anything serious to it. Have you got any cream you can rub in? If not...a hot water bottle in your back and a couple of painkillers may help. I hope it will feel easier tomorrow... |
