Wednesday

Morning folks.
Very rainy day today, not working.
No plans either.
My appointment went well, only on the phone 10 mins.
Sarcoidosis is stable so nothing needed, they will see me again in 6 months.

Re: Wednesday

Morning, a nasty, rainy morning with the promise of strong winds later on. Ugh. Have already been to take the boy to school and am now settled at the laptop for the day. Have had sign off on a role I need to recruit for so have a call with our new internal resources lady later on to discuss.

I have decided to alternate exercise days; one day arm/weights and other day stretches on the mat mainly focused on legs and back. I borrowed my son's knobbly roller yesterday and omg, it was really painful on my thighs, but my knees felt SO much freer, therefore I will persevere.

Shelley, I had to google Sarcoidosis as I hadn't heard of it previously. I can see how the symptoms had you so worried before your diagnosis. Glad it's stable though.

Dinky - thinking of you and hoping you're starting to feel better. Would be lovely to hear from you if you feel up to it.

Kazz - hello to you and Gert

What car are you selling and do you think its because of the restrictions?

Have a good day.

Re: Wednesday

Evening everyone,

Kazz, i am selling a Phoenix yellow BMW Z4 which i sold this morning!! The guy is from Bristol so is arranging to come and pick it up and has paid a deposit so it is definitely going in the next few days!! My car is a marmite colour you either love or hate it!!

Yola, its wet and miserable here tonight as well, i was out running and the rain came on and it was like stones hitting your face with the wind. We had to stop a few times and put our backs to it just to get a break. Changing your exercises about sounds good, i keep trying to start core exercises but get lazy and dont do them even though i know they are good for helping with running.
