Sunday - slow day

Hi all!

Yesterday was a bit manic so it's a slow day today. Not going to bother with a roast, we had a very late breakfast anyway.

Ceri was 66 yesterday so we had a day at the rugby, well, I went shopping he went to the match with my brother and friends. In the evening we had a family gathering in a local pub/restaurant, which went well but blew my calories sky high

Pandora due for suture removal tomorrow and is eagerly sniffing the outside air in anticipation of 'freedom' ... under supervision only for now.
