Costing more than i thought


Guy phoned me today, proposed Cat Run is costing a lot more than i thought it would.

Anyway he is starting work on it next week, it will take 3 days, weather permitting

No one else would take it on, this is a young guy just starting out. V v hard to get trades peoPle out here. Phoned emergency plumber at 7am who said he'd be with me in half hour - still waiting & despite numerous phone calls he would neither pick up get back to me.

My brother called in midday & was able to sort it out otherwise dont know what i'd have done
