Mad as a cat!

Olivers going mental this morning. Hes running all over the place, knocking things down, trailing rubbish in from the garden. Cant get him to calm down at all. Hes wrecking the house! Hes also decided to attack his tail, really attack it, hope he doesnt hurt it!! Is it worth trying to do any housework? I dont think so.

In my house it's "tail on fire"! They are so funny when they take a mad spell like that .... burning off surplus energy.

Re: Mad as a cat!

We always called it 'having a mad half hour'. My two don't really do it but I think the pup tires them out when they need to.

Re: Mad as a cat!

He seems to bite his tail a lot. When we got him we noticed a bump on the end of his tail. We took him to the vet to get his injections and mentioned that he had a lump there and the vet said it had been broken, but nowt to worry about cos it had healed well. I think he must be feeling a it of a tingling when he starts to bite it. Poor wee soul, gettting his wee tail broke!

Re: Mad as a cat!

Could he have a bit of pain? Colder damp weather can set arthritis off. Just a thought
