Monday, Monday

Here it is again! Hi, all, hope you;re having a good day. Sun is shining, it's 21 C (70 F), not humid and a promise of the 30s by afternoon... probably the last lovely warm day as the Canadians are kindly sending us a bit of their cold air later in the week! Bah!

Quiet holiday, slept in and got some chores out of the way, nothing exciting going on. The flea problem seems to be over, between hoovering, flea trap and flea comb...knock wood!

What's happening with you all??

Re: Monday, Monday

Hi Eileen. Glad your flea problem is over. Poor Donna is still battling.

Nice day here too. Chillier than recently but nice blue sky and a good breeze. Excellent for drying the laundry!

Not much to report. Back is still a bit niggly but a lot better than this time last week. I have loads of transcription today .... thought I'd finished just before tea, but now have another lot. Still that's good because I definitely need to buy a new office chair!!!

Re: Monday, Monday

Hello, all.
Slept in and now have my coffee before I wake K up so we can take Monkey to an appointment (nothing serious). His skin has improved so much since the Lupron therapy I want to see if she still wants to biopsy and then I want to talk to her about whether we should do surgery or not for his adrenal disease. He's been doing really great lately, bouncing around like a kit so I'm hopeful it'll be a good appointment.

Re: Monday, Monday

Hello all, havent had too much to say for myself for a while.
Had a minor breakdown a few weeks back, just personal stuff getting on top of me, back on form now though and just getting on with life.
Work is busy busy busy.
Man! Arent the nights drawing in...

Taken tonight while walking Rayne at the mouth of the river Don, around 6ish.
Bernie not very well at the moment, tummy bug, antibiotics should sort him out though.
Milly has some terrible matts on her back end and we are struggling to get them out, may have to be a sedation and shave job, poor girl.
Rayne is well, took off up at the moors last friday evening after a blooming rabbit, it was raining heavily, getting dark and very foggy. Managed to grab her though as she darted back and forth through the trees. Monkey that she is.
Hope you are all well.

Re: Monday, Monday

Sorry you were down, Elaine, hope all's well now. Best to Bernie, and hope you can demat Millie without too much problems. My friends Persian had to be shaved as she was so adamant about not being combed; poor little thing looked so dreadfully small without all the fur, and she was embarrassed too! CM, take care of yourself, you had a nasty bug.
