Steve McCurry - RetrospectiveI really admire this American photographers work. I have a book of his portraits that I never tire lokking at. When I was studying in London I used to love roaming the galleries to look at all the photography work. Sometimes I regret not following that route as my step-daugther has done (graduating later this year)!! I will look up his work as he's not a name I'm familiar with . . . is it mainly portraiture as per your book and the example on the weblink? |

Mainly portrait - but very rarely posed. He is a photo journalist so a lot of his work is in areas of conflict etc. He has done a few landscapes etc but even these tend to have people as a focus.
