Tuesday Daily

The thaw continues! 9 degrees now (48 F) before lunch; some sun, some clouds. But NOT below freezing as it was for days on end. Went to the market and pharmacy, settling in for a quiet day; no news, really.

Hope all are well and with decent weather!

Re: Tuesday Daily

Dylan's been to the vets today, had his claws done and the vet took some blood to see what blood group he is

He's also been exploring round his girlfriend's house (more about that on cat related chat thread though

Not really got much more news tbh ..

Re: Tuesday Daily

Pip was presented with the key of the door today! He's got his own cat flap magnet ............ OH's doing, not mine. He's been out and came back in with Kizzy when I shook the treat bag. OH tried encourage him to come back in the cat flap, but no luck there yet. Kizzy has tried to show him. But the door makes a clicking sound which spooked him. He'll find out soon how to do it I hope.

That's all the interesting news here - otherwise a day like others. Quite grey and chilly here, but dry.

Pip's a smart one, no doubt he'll figure out the cat flap soon and have you worried when he doesn't come in! Can it be closed at night?

Re: Tuesday Daily

Well, it could be Eileen, but Kizzy goes in and out day and night and has done for quite a while now. I could take Pip's magnet off him at night though.

Re: Tuesday Daily

Knowing how we worry, I think that just might be a good idea, until he gets a bit more mature and sensible. Especially as the days lengthen and the allure of outdoors is overpowering, IMO.

Re: Tuesday Daily

Don't withdraw the magnet privilleges because if he is quick and goes out with Kizzy then she goes off and he gets stuck outside ....

Re: Tuesday Daily

Hi all, I have been a busy bee today on the computer posting pics on Catsey and also trying to look at courses to further educate myself .

Will be off to bed soon as I have an early start in the morning as I have to be up at 4.30am in the morning as the mother of the girls is on the early train down to London

See you later Pauline & M&M
