New Years resolutions

* join the gym & go spinning at least twice every week

* diet properly & eat sensibly

* cycle at least 3 times per week

* be more organised with CP spreadsheet/paperwork

* take photos of every cat that comes in & post on catsey

* work only the hours I'm supposed to & come home at home-time every day

That'll do me for 2010!

Re: New Years resolutions

Don't make resolutions to do things as such.....because I don't stick to them however I will resolve to

*Smile more
*And to say Yes when my first thought would be No......(should make life interesting)

I joined Smudgley in the little * things very nice.

Kazz, I can't imagine you being anything other than a smiley person

Happy New Year to you!

Re: New Years resolutions

I agree with Mags, Kazz always comes across as one of the most smiley and positive people I have ever known.

And I do intend to stick to my resolutions, especially number 4 starting with my first 2 new customers arriving this sunday.

Re: New Years resolutions

My resolution would be to be one of those smiley, happy people you write of. I'm getting there . . . but need to apply it more.

Oh, and drink less wine

I will try to -

. Stay under 9 1/2 stone and try to get to 8 something.. healthy eating and carry on at the gym and swimming.

. Try to be more positive.

Think thats about as much as I can list! Dont wanna have an endless list of stuff I cant do!

Re: New Years resolutions

My resolution is a low impact one! To try and continue the good work started last year as to my weight and diet and exercise. More important than ever as I get older. I've had a set back with the anaemia so I need to increase iron rich foods in my diet and am making a start with seed sprouts. Yummy too.

Do you have a seed sprouter, Angie? They're handy, and fun.
