Halloween

Well people, just had a council of war with Lewis over Halloween how to decorate the house, I have been informed we need to go shopping..... ...but this is Lewis first real attempt to do this without female (sisters cousins) interference.......and I am discovering boys are much more bloodthirsty....the girls were all colour co ordnated....

Anyhow I am off shopping before Sat....will put up some pictures.

I like Halloween.

Re: Halloween

That sounds like fun, look forward to seeing your display!

I'm not a big fan of halloween, but the boys have a party to go to and pumpkins (our own-grown ones) will be carved on Friday. Costumes (little devil . . . no guesses who; and a skeleton with a home made skele-droid mask) are at the ready

Re: Halloween

I saw in the recipe sticky (when Yola added her recipe recently) a nice looking pumpkin and carrot soup - sorry, can't remember the writer - what do you do with your pumpkin insides, Yola???

Not a huge Halloween fan, but remember the Trick or Treating scene in ET with ET draped in a sheet!!!

Compost heap Angie, the innards smell so horrid that the thought of eating it after scraping the blasted things for hours just doesn't compute!!!

Re: Halloween

Halloween is about the 'celebration' that I absolutely loathe. Can't wait until 1 November!
