Pumpkin's op.

Well Pumpkin got his op yesterday to fix his dislocated kneecap. The vet couldn't do the op he wanted to as the ligament was so stretched, so instead he deepened the groove and cut a tendon ( i think) to release the tension. He was also FIV tested and has come back negative- so all my original cats are negative.
Poor lad is on cage rest for 6 weeks and has a 4 inch wound, but he is very bright and trying to escape already. Must go as my tesco delivery is here.

Poor Pumpkin, I glad the op is over for him.......... it's a big problem trying to keep them confined, isn't it...

Awww. Poor little chap. That's quite an op for a kitty. I hope he recovers quicky and manages to rest up during his confinement rather than fretting.
