Alfie loves dog treats

My lovely Alfie boy is a food theif and eats just about anything (including chips ). His latest fad is for dried lung which comes in big pieces for the dog. He can chomp his way through these large pieces on his own (he also eats dog mixer and anything he can steal off the worktops). Rosie cat wouldn't even contemplate smelling such things! Funny though Rosie looks like a balloon (and doesn't eat half as much) and Alfie is as sleek and black as a panther!!

Anyone else's cat have funny fads.

Not so much about the fads, but I have two cats who are opposites in terms of appetite and size!

Darcy eats all his breakfast / dinner in one sitting, and eats quite quickly. He's a well proportioned, sleek boy.

Stravinsky usually only eats 1/4 of any meal in one sitting and always has a bit left over in his foodbowl come the next meal. But he's a pound heavier than Darcy in weight and is also much chunkier!

Beauty's got a bit of a thing about lumpy food! If it's wet, as long as it doesn't have lumps in, she will eat it. If it has lumps in she'll eat the rest of it but won't eat the lumps!

She's also convinced she's going to like cheese, bread and apple pie!
