Purring...


All my 5 cats have different purrs,I know by the purr which cat it is without looking!! Merlin has the loudest purr I have ever heard......Are yours different??

Yes! It's strange isn't it. They all have different "voices" and purrs and I can also tell which cat/s are around just by their purrs

When I wake up in the mornings I can usually feel at least one lump on me or next to me on the bed.....I just have to move slightly, they purr, and I know which one it is!!!!

Yes, my cats have different purrs and meows, I know which one is which. I can even tell which one has come through the cat flap as they all do it differently! How sad is that!! lol

All mine have different too. Troy and Chester are very noisy with theres. Kado is the quietest though.

Yeah Snoopy has a constant purr but when peanuts purr's it breaks up a bit, Peanuts is very very vocal n snoopy has never made a sound lol xx

Leia's purr is very quiet. My smallest cat, little Dandy the Pura had an outsized purr,,,you could hear him across the room.....

Most of our cats have soft gentle purrs but we do have two loud purry kitties:
Sadee & Sasha. They purr the moment you pet them

Cooper has such a teeny, tiny purr for such a massive cat. I think it goes back to when he nearly hung himself as a kitten. I think he damaged his vocal cords. Broxi has a gentle purr, whereas Teddie sounds like a flippin train lol.
