Daily Thread / Monday

Morning all, dry day here at present. Oscar, a pup from Maddie's last litter was supposed to be coming for a visit later but Maddie has come into season so I don't think it's a great idea just now. Will try and rearrange the meeting for another time me thinks. Not much else planned but trying to get Mil's kittens weaned!

Hope everyone has a great day

Re: Daily Thread / Monday

Morning Fran! It's just started raining here. I'm at home as despite wasting 1/2 a day at the emergency docs yesterday, the nurse issues a prescription for EAR drops rather than eye drops I am furious - thankfully I noticed and didn't administer ear drops into Sebastian's eyes The PCT is going to have it's cage severely rattled for this!

So today I have to take him to the GP to get a correct prescription .

Right - am off to post pics of my Christmas tree and the little nativity monster

Re: Daily Thread / Monday

Afternoon all

Sorry I'm a bit of a grump today. Derek's cousin paid us a surprise visit yesterday. Long story. Apart from that she got very drunk. Broke a glass in Ceilidh's bedroom. Was smoking in the living room (which I dont do). Spilt red wine on the kitchen floor and didn't clean up. AAAAGGGHHHH. there's more and I have made a thread.

Ceilidh was off school today. She was a bit upset and has a sore face. Even Derek said keep her home!

Nothing going on here exept cleaning up after others .
I'm off to see what's been going on.
I hope you are all well and happy.

Yola, what a good thing you checked Sebi's drops.

Afternoon, ladies! The fog has burned off, the sun is trying to come out and it's warming up a bit...9 degrees now! It does lift the spirit to see sun after so many gloomy rainy days! Just the usual here, nothing to report.

Yola: thank God you spotted the ear drops; what a foul-up !!
Jac: sorry you had such an unpleasant visitor, and uninvited, yet....

Happy afternoon, all .....

Re: Daily Thread / Monday

It seemed so cold this morning, the wind was cutting right through, it doesn't seem half so cold now.

Just been out to post a Christmas card to Australia and buy some Christmas stamps for UK cards, only 2nd class ones of course, lovely designs this year - angels.

Hope you are all having a good day/evening.

The girls dont finsh school until the 21st and I was not travelling up north at theat time of the year, I want to enjoy the last weekend before Christmas not spend it in agony 'cause I've done too much driving lol.
