Brass monkeys here too - there was ice on the windscreen 1st thing this morning just brought my cactuses (sorry, that should be cacti) in for the winter and been out to empty the recycle tub and had to peel my fingers off it

If they're gritting that means business

Freezing here too,alot colder than what it was yesterday and we had a hard frost last night so looks like its going to be worse tonight

Eileen, as I get older I'm beginning to like the cooler seasons. There was a time when the hotter the better - 10 years ago I was sitting out in 45 degree heat in Egypt . . . not now

We were walking in the park yesterday and the boys were running through the fallen leaves and the beauty of the scene just took my breath away . . . nothing special but lovely!!!
