Some people have good hearts but

Are just so flipping stupid!!!!!

We visited one of Derek's cousins at the weekend. She lives in a small village and rescues animals constantly. to date she has 5 dogs 6 cats 6 chinchillas 2 cockatiels 4 budgies and a couple of rabbits.
Anyway she phoned me one night to tell me she had rescued a boxer. When we went to visit it turned out to be a turner and hooch dog. Cant remember there names. Anyway as we entered the house this time she said wait till I put a muzzle on missy. We asked does she bite? No not intentionally but she sometimes gets carried away with herself, she doesn't mean anything by it! (dah)
turns out she has killed kittens by playing with them (4) rolled over on a cat and it died then did the same to a little dog!! In the next breathe she's talking about letting her have a litter of pups letting her!!! I got on my soap box as you can guess, and Derek ushered me out quite quickly.
His cousin took her from a guy in the street who was beating her. She offered him £10 and he handed over the dag.
I really hope she listened to me. Some people are just so stupid at times though.

As you say Jac, heart in the right place but needs some serious education on the value of a living animal's life and about the benefits of neutering!

Re: Some people have good hearts but

This made me cry and has taken me a few days to be able to post about it without ranting.

I understand her heart is in the right place but she is not doing the best thing for the animals. That 1 kitten died is bad enough but 4, a cat and a dog???. The dog needs to be somewhere where nothing will get hurt by his rambunctious nature.

That's cruelty I'm afraid to say

If she won't listen to reason then maybe the RSPCA need to have a talk and see if they can educate her.

Sorry
