I was once reading aloud to a young Science class and instead of reading "......is an example of a primitive organism" I read "primitive orgasm " instead

I seem to be a persistent spooner. I do the usual par cark and preak sneview.

My best tho has to be a 'hypodeemic nurdle' when I was working as a nurse several years ago and I was talking to a patient at the time.

Re: Mixed up words??

My daughter has many strange things she has said that has left us either speechless or giggling with laughter...

"How do you spell WWF?"
"How do you shorten ASAP?"
"Why dont they make a fork with no holes in it?" (err... a spoon?)

My son once said his "eggs were laking" after playing football for hours!!!

My stepson was really bad for that. He's dyslexic. He wanted to watch a program on astronauts, turned out to be aristocrats.

I've read things wrongly. A sign when out once was the ship inn. I said the sh*t inn. there have been others but I'm too much of a lady to put them here .

Re: Mixed up words??

I do that misreading headlines in the paper frequently; have to do a double take to see what it really said! But can't think of any examples at the moment......
