Utterly distraughtI'm so sorry for a woe is me post but I have been in tears all day. To cut a long story short I have been betrayed in horrible way by a trusted friend but I don't know which one and now I have upset all my trusted friends as they are hurt that I can't tell who to trust or not  They are/were all people I care about deeply and I have no idea who is was so how on earth am I meant to trust everyone anymore I'm really sorry but I don't know where to turn with this

Awww soupie, that's what we are here for. I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a horrible day, and at the hands of a friend too! I wish I could give you some advice but I don't know what to say! Is there someone you know would never betray you that you could speak to and see if they know anything? Massive ((hugs)) |

I'm so sorry to read this. Soupie - betrayal is all the worst when it comes from someone who you consider dear. Are you able to just put emotions to one side for a bit and try and think through this rationally and dispationately? Easy to say from someone who is on the outside, but often in the 'cold light of day' things can seems a little clearer and you might be able to work out who did this. Hugs - we are here if and when you need to talk further. |

If the one who betrayed you still wants to be a friend of yours, hopefully their guilt will make them own up and apologise to you. I'm sorry to hear you've had such a tearful day, Soupie.  I agree with what the others have said - your true friends will shine through in your time of need. You have your two babies there for lots of cuddles in the meantime. They will never betray you and will always show unconditional love.  |
