Emergency Service

Well the worst storm I've seen this year just hit over head dark skies then thunder and lightening. Followed by rain that bounces back up. And I am standing at the back door thinking woah...when I hear...a demanding MIAOW...CHIRRUP.........MIAOWWWWWWWWW.....who is it my Cleo out in the back garden.,...so a plastic bag goes on my arm and out I go with a jacket she pops up from under the sundance I wrap her in the jacket and come back in I've had to change my teeshirt soaked. Cleo dry as a bug in a rug. ......my neighbour next door just phoned round and said "Did she dial 999...or just send a pidgeon to tell you she was trapped" apparently they watched me from the back bedroom window negotiate the rain with no shoes on to rescue the cat. Good job they are used to me. Whats worse or better is Anne had just said to Roy I'd better ring Karen Cleo is out in the rain.

Karen

No No No you don't understand for 24 years I've being trying to train them not to call me when they are out in the rain...what I don't know won't hurt me.
