Don't want to speak too soon......but................ I have found another house and has had an offer accepted!!! I'm very excited!! It's lush!!!!!!!!  It's just been refurbished by a developer and had a lovely new kitchen and bathroom, new laminate flooring downstairs, new carpet upstairs, new central heating & electrics and a brand new cooker that hasn't been used yet  What luxury!!!!!!!!!! The garden is a bit smaller, but the living area is bigger and there are three bedrooms (rather than 2 that I have now!). Fingers crossed that it all goes well this time. Third time lucky!!!!

Oh Charlie - I hope it's finally the one for you! Just a quick word of warning; developers??? Check out the quality of the refurbing carefully please . . . there's too many that try to make a quick buck and cut corners badly! But I'm sure you're will be fine, hope everything goes through for you and you get the home of your dreams |
