The flowers have been coming out one at a time for the last three weeks Eileen, all the buds are open now so it should last a week or so before it gradually fades.

It is supposed to flower just once a year but for some reason mine flowered twice last year!!

Those South African bulbs have their own minds about blooming: remember my amaryllis bloomed last Summer outdoors and then again this Winter....not supposed to, but nice, isn't it? Have you had it long?

This is the fourth year that I've had it ........ in that time it has just about doubled in size......
