Precious & Twinkle

Here are the girls. no more news about these pair, other than they are not up for adoption at the present time & I will soon be speaking to their owner for a chat about the possibility of me keeping them until he is well enough to have them back again.

Precious, she is very unsure & constantly hides herself (just like poor old Domino used to) I saw her in the outside run for the 1st time today..

Here's a shot of her running back inside & you can see where her tail was amputated when she was a kitten (RTA)

Here's her other half Twinkle, she's more outgoing but still shy.

Poor girls, they must be missing their dad. You can see how nervous Precious is by the way she is 'clenching' her right paw....

OMG I'm nearly in tears here, poor, poor frightened babies I am praying that they will eventually be reunited with their daddy whom they are obviously missing so badly

Re: Precious & Twinkle

Although they are unsure about their surroundings, they do eat well & they never hiss / strike at me, they just back away. Precious actually gets under her blankets, just how Domino used to, she curls herself up, like an apple turnover... Every time I go in, I think she's missing & I have to "peel" back the covers to make sure she's ok! they'll be back with their owner before you know it.

Aww, thanks for posting Smudgley; I was wondering about these two, so I'm interested to hear their news. I do hope they can get back with their owner - they need each other.

Re: Precious & Twinkle

Probably though as frightened as they are, being in this situation and having to deal with things themselves will be a good thing, give them a bit more confidence in the future and a better chance to cope alone should they need to be again. They are obviously making improvements, i think they will do just fine.
dawn.
