Totally mind boggling...... They are totally mental, poor Carl..... hope the judge realises that it is best for him to be in a home and not an office, I can't believe the woman thinking of him as part of the furniture to be treated as an object and not as a loving pet...Good Luck Carl

Not that ridiculous - it is possible to claim animals as part of a contract of land.

That said I think the whole thing is pathetic and should be sorted out outside the court system
