Re: anyone watching goodmorning?

Complete insanity

I'm at work so not watching TV, but I've heard about some of these. No Mother's Day cards coz that might upset kids who don't have mothers

Yes, but when I thought I couldn't have kids would that have given me the right to demand that no children are allowed out into my line of vision as this might upset me?? Send out the Childcatcher

Where do you stop with regard to offending people's sensibilities???

Re: anyone watching goodmorning?

i know its insane, its the whole skipping, tag and football thing that really gets me,they are panicking because we have alot of over weight children in our counrty so obviously the way to tackle this problem is to remove all forms of exercise

Re: anyone watching goodmorning?

I agree with all of the above! Utter madness!!!

Tbh, if my kids came home from school with a letter saying that they were banning these things, I'd send them to school with a skipping rope and a football, and I'd go up to the school at playtime to make sure they got to use them! I recently read something about the muslim council of GB were trying to have things like football and swimming and PE banned from out schools for being unislamic! WHAT!!!!! Everyone is entitled to their religion and beliefs but to try and stop our kids from participating in sports is way out of line!
