15 GD pupsYesterday one of the bitches that I supervise whelped. The lady needed some support so as I was not well, one of my collegues went to sit with her. Lorna had 15 pups - wow! Her 1st litter & the ladies first time too.  we often have litters of 10, 11, 12 occasionally 13, very occasionally 14 but 15!

Well it won't be X as that's the only letter we don't use.  She's a black lab, mated to a GR. Not sure how many dogs / bitches. My mate has been out to see them again today & reports all is well. |

Why do you mate Labs to GR's then Smudgley are they "better" guide dogs? And do you cross German Sheperds with anything? What breeds do you use???? |
