Morning all, dry day here, seems a little warmer. School run and horses shortly then I am taking Mildred to the vets for a kitten check which I haven't got around to until now Want to make sure she is fit and healthy before I get her out on the show bench

Snow everywhere this morning Dominik is outside divesting every plant of its covering of snow as he's not going to nursery today as OH had to take my car to Stansted to pick up Luise as there is no way his Porsche, with its huge tyres and rubbish road holding would have even got out of the drive

However, it is melting fast . . . . Sebastian has gone back to sleep after much protest so I will prepare breakfast for Domi and myself and enjoy a last hour or so of having my house to myself

Good luck to Mildred at the vets. Can't imagine there could be the least thing wrong with such a lovely girl.
I think it's a little warmer here too. OH is making his way back from Leeds today - suppose he's likely to meet some snow. I've to get out to the Post Office to get Alex's tree powder off for Teddie and I'll see if the butcher has a vegetarian haggis for tomorrow. Don't think this lapsed veggie can cope with a traditional one yet!

Otherwise, all is quiet. Animals asleep, road deserted ... peace!

Woke up to our first snow today - not much - on house roof and cars and pavements - roads clear. Hope it doesnt snow any more - hate the stuff!!

Work today as usual then home to see whats happened with the saga of the catflap today!!

Mission successful - haggis located and purchased (plus swede (neep) of course), found arrowroot in Tesco, so have sent that to Alex as well - should be with you tomorrow Alex!

Got the house to myself for most of the day today...Yipee. Mum sits and hufs and pufs when I'm on line or on the phone, come to think of it if I breath . Not much longer to go now!!!
Sent Darryle to Derek's cousin today for a break, Mum's doing his head in as well. She keeps badgering him as to what he's going to do when he leaves school. ie the army or what????? I really dont want him to go in for the wrong reasons.
Looks like I have alot of catching up to do.

No snow here. The cannall was frozen yesterday but its not today. Alot warmer here too.

No snow here, which I'm pleased about as I've got a driving lesson today and its not long until my test so I need to be able to concentrate!

After driving I'm babysitting my brothers, always fun as they are 6 & 2!

Hi all. No snow here , not one solitary snow flake!! It's not fair, I want some, lol! DM, you are a star thank you. Went to my sainsburys this morning and they didn't have any in stock What do I actually do with this stuff when it arrives, just sprinkle it on her fish or mix it with some water first? .
Very cold here, and had to take OH to the docs. He has a bad chest infection and is on antibiotics now, typical man, he's dying of course . I'm off out to get a haggis for tomorrow too but not a veggie one though, I can't stand the stuff but OH loves it.
Yola - good luck with the aupair ad let us know what she's like asap!
