Nice houses

I've been doing a bit of looking at houses - don't think we're going to move but there's no harm in looking.
I think these are a bit out of our range, but I think both are lovely.
Wondered what you thought?

Re: Nice houses

I love the double-fronted one - has bags of character. The other one looks like it has been 'property developed' inside (despite its listing). It's hard to tell from the small pictures though.

Re: Nice houses

I love the double fronted too! We pass one very like it, but in old red brick, on the way over to M & D and every time I say "I want that house".
(You can make the pictures bigger by clicking them)

But I love the wood burner between the two reception rooms in the old farmhouse - that must be so cosy, no cold corners anywhere

That's one of the things I love most. I would love to have a place to let 'run wild' with plants and cats and books and my radio ..... and my laptop. heaven!

I too like the first one. You could do wonders with both though.

Re: Nice houses

I like them both, but I actually prefer the second one. The garden looks lovely, and as Mags says, there is a potential jungle room.

I like them both, particulalrly the first one. I would love to move 'down South' again. Will just have to dream, unless we win the lottery!!
