Been looking at the members listWhy is it people join and never post? Ive noticed a couple that do come here and look at the threads but still dont join in. I wonder why.

Maybe they are having a good look round the site to get a 'feel' of it before they post. I think a lot of people are a little nervous of 'butting in on a private conversation' - because some of us have been here for ever and natter away all the time.  However - they shouldn't worry. There is no clique or factions; we are not a private club - it's lovely to have new people and, if you start posting, you'll be amazed how quickly you, too, will feel that this is a friendly place and that you are a real part of it. i wasnt shy when i got one here just jumped straight in and started nattering  i used to go on another site, an american one, and god they where so all huggy feely* with each other, any new members that came on wasnt made too welcome, to the point if u started a thread they just ignored it  so rude if u ask me.so i came serching and i found this motley crew (J/K ) |
