Sunny here too. Planning on starting work a few hours later than usual. Sure Rover won't mind an extra walk. May try to shift some of the dandylions in the borders as well. They're pretty, but they get a bit dull when they cover the whole garden...

Re: DAILY THREAD ~ WEDS 26th

Morning all, nice and sunny here this morning. I'm umming and ahhing about putting the horse out without his rug on for the first time this year. He is fully clipped in the winter and his summer coat hasn't come through fully. Don't want him to catch a chill but do need to encourage his summer coat to grow which takes longer if they are rugged. You watch I'll put him out without a rug and it will pour with rain

DM - good luck sexing those kittens! I have my fingers crossed that there is a nice liitle grey boy for you

Quite happy to send him/her a care-package with the day's catch. Thinking of getting a rabbit to cut the lawn for me, so maybe I should get a border tortoise as well?

Thanks Fran. That's 5pm, so I'm looking forward to it. I will have a nice cuddle even if they are a batch of Bettys!
Lovely day here, so a whole day gardening will improve my mood too.
Dad is coming along quite well

I don't have any dandelions in my garden as the rabbits eat them all before I can manage to collect any for herbi
