awaiting a phone callfrom a lady whos interested in doing an exchange with us. she has a downstairs flat, and my place is one floor up. and the stairs are getting to me now. only problem is we live on a small estate, and last night the kids where on a wreaking spree, the communal gardens a tip torn up paper all over, theres icecream dumped all over the floor outside, face it if it was me coming to veiw a place n i saw that id turn round n go home  if she turns the flat down on those grounds im putting in a strong letter of complaint to the HA, its all down to ONE moronic family, get rid of them and the problems would go away with them.im on the transfer list but it could be years b4 i get a move. oh well wish us luck.
