more baby bunnies

Had five more born in the night, alla live, mum seems fine, though very skittish this morning, bit nervous i expect, think it her first litter.

Also mommy who had babies 4 weeks ago is making a new nest, so keeping an eye on her. But no more after this as daddy bun buns is being kept away from the girls!!!

mommy bunny is in the back of the piccie, it the only one i got of her, cant take anymore batteries in camera are dead. The one in front is the poorly one who deid 5 weeks ago now, leah bless her.

(sorry pic so big for some reason photo bucket wont resize today)

Re: more baby bunnies

Gorgeous picture CJ!! Bunnies are just so cute!!! My daughter has just got a bunny but he is ill. On antibiotics and isotonic fluids. Wont get another one from Pets at Home.

Wanted to get a friend for my daughter's bunny, but will definately not go back to Pets at HOme. (Although when I went there today to complain they did refund me the £70 vets bill I got without any quibble).

Re: more baby bunnies

Paid £25 for the bunny, then with all the other stuff he needed it came to over £100!!! Will need to get this bunny all better with this infection, then he will need his jabs and then get the little "op" done and then I will want a companion as I hate to think of him shut away all day alone. Am in Kent!!

Re: more baby bunnies

He is cute!! He is underweight the vet says so will need to fatten him up a bit. The vet has said to remove his rabbit meusli and go to guinea pig pellets and hay. No carrot/lettuce etc etc. He has a bit of ear missing too poor thing. He is a lionhead bunny so lots of extra fluff around his face!!
