making collars

I have been thinking for about a week now, of making cat collars. they seem to sell well on ebay, and it could be an income for me.
Have managed to find a supplier of safety collars with the plastic break away locks. Just seeing if i can afford the lay out to get started. need to get sewing materials, things to decorate the collars with etc.

not sure it is going to kick off, just in the planning stage at the moment.
