Poor Emma! Enjoy the wine! I rarely eat red meat, but love chicken (organic free range from the market); am having one for Thanksgiving as a turkey is ridiculous for a single woman. Cold, grey gloomy day here, and chilly! Onyx didn't come for her meal at tea time; am concerned, although I did see her on my way home from the market; she was sleeping in the bushes on the side of my house. Will go out again a little later to see if she's there. Moli: hope you had a great day! Evening, all!

Re: Daily thread - Sunday

We went to the Sunday market this morning. It was that cold that within 30mins I couldnt feel my toes. Bought two pairs of short legged jeans (29inches long) only the **** changed them for long legs. I hate men!!!! anyone with long legs want 2 pairs of size 8 jeans????
Defrosted nicely in the car on the way home. Did the ironing for 2 school children then fell asleep!! hehe I love idle Sundays. ps see you all at 3 am cause thats when Ill get up now.
Its blowing a hooley, and raining like no tomorrow. I'm warm and dry and ready for a nice warm shower.

Evening all, had a really lazy day, everybody has been running after me for a change!
Heavy rain and wind here tonight, looks like my bird table will go over again!

Re: Daily thread - Sunday

Been away fr the weekend down my parents.

Weather today has been terrible. At the moment it's blowing a gale and chucking it down with rain. Tilly's all wrapped up in her duvet sleeping by a nice warm radiator, the kids are in bed and I'm about to toddle off to bed aswell
