Re: Haven Holidays

I've looked at the Haven website Nae
The Weymouth Bay and Rockley Sands sites look good.
Both Weymouth and Poole/Bournemouth give you the big resort option but both also give you the opportunity to travel only a short way to find quiet unspoilt places. You can see the Jurassic Coast - maybe do fossil hunting. You could even get to my favourite Studland. Come inland and enjoy a quiet pace of life.
The kids clubs and entertainment for adults is good - so is the self catering option, I would think.

Re: Haven Holidays

I have to say that I think Haven is much better than Butlins or Pontins. When my son was in a brass band there was a competition held at a pontins camp. It was awful, only a week-end but we came home a day early! We went to the Weymouth Haven and there are some lovely beaches around there. Studland Bay? isn't that where the naturist beach is?

Re: Haven Holidays

We went on a Haven holiday in Prestatyn years ago before I moved to Wales and both my eldest and his cousin loved it. If you come up here let me know and we could meet up, I only live about 40 mins away. Have a lovely hol wherever you decide on.
