Bitterly cold today although sunny. It's only -2 and wind chill of -9! Wish I had Houston's weather...this is quite abnormal for us; it's early January weather; furnace is running constantly and dread the next gas bill! Did the usual library run wrapped in layers; going to stay indoors and stay warm the rest of the day. Leia went on the porch for a nanosecond, fled in to the warmth of her radiator...smart puss! Stay warm, enjoy the weekend all. |

We are all frozen here! Dylan's been very reluctant to do more than peek round the back and front doors (but that may be partly due to the fact he's still very nervy thanks to the dog yesterday and it's too cold and windy for him here) It's snowed a little here as well this morning, a few flakes but as the day went on the flakes have stopped coming down. It's evening now and still very cold (Dylan's curled up in the sitting room refusing to move because it's too cold for him) |
