I end up with scarring when I get bitten. At the moment I have a bite on my leg that is like a raised spot. It just wont heal or go away..... the insects are getting more and more viscious!!

I hate mozzies and midgies but the worst bites i have had have been from clegs. Once I was camping on the west coast and came back with a map of the cairngorms on my face due to all the midgie bites

I am a mozzie feast as well .... I end up with huge bumps and itch like mad...... If you take Vitamin B12 its supposed to help your immune system fight against mozzie bites....
