Freesia Friday

Hi all, I'm up with the larks today.

If truth be told I have a bit of a red wine headache and needed a large glass of water and a paracetamol this morning then I decided since I was up at 6am what was the point of going back to bed.

Had a great night though. Loved The Mousetrap, but in the great tradition of the play I won't spoil the ending for you

Pandora has been out all night again, and Pearla wanted to have some early morning fresh air. Phoebe is keeping me company, well, sleeping on the windowsill. Ceri is still snoring in bed. I'm off to have a shower and wait for the carer to come and see to his Lordship. Have a good day all, I'll check in later x

Re: Freesia Friday

Morning (well, Afternoon now!) early bird!

Gorgeous here, rather warm and I wish I'd got the washing on earlier .... had a good morning catching up with things. My side strain (or whatever it is) was bad yesterday but I did manage to get to calligraphy, which was good - it's nice to be back again. Got to decide whether to enter 2015 Art and the Letter or not ... got an idea what to do but I don't think I'm good enough!

Pamela - have you found a camera to suit yet? Just thought I'd throw in that several photographers in a group I belong to on f/book use Nikon D7100 and their photos are brilliant.

Have a good day folks. Hope all furry friends are well and happy!

Sympathies with the headache PP.

Go for it Angie, I'm sure you are good enough. Just have fun. I am a bit of a ****** for not doing things cos I think I'm not good enough. What I have to think is will I enjoy it.

OH did his stint in local animal shelter's shop this morning while I was at a meeting. I think he rather enjoyed it, he's got the gift of the gab when it comes to selling anything and I mean anything, from cattle to antiques.

Re: Freesia Friday

Thanks for the encouragement, FM - I think I will have a go anyway. The final piece does not have to be submitted until the beginning of next Feb and I don't have to send it in if I don't think it stands any chance. But I can have fun with it in the meantime.

Good for your OH ....his gift of the gab can hopefully rake in a few £££s for the animal shelter!

Re: Freesia Friday

Had all the dogs out for a mega run this afternoon. Tess loves running circuits in and out of the trees with Scout in hot pursuit. Fagin accidentally trampled on Tess when he joined in. He's 31" at the shoulder and 46kg so we make him be careful but he just bumped her and made her yelp. Poor Tess, she's OK.

OH is looking forward to his next shift I think. I think the 2 ladies he was with were a bit taken aback by his pro active selling technique but it worked.
