Frosty Friday

Good afternoon!

Thank goodness I didn't have an early start, it was very cold this morning. Turned out lovely now though, crisp and sunny, although the mountain shades our house now and it's still cold here.

Took Ceri to Stroke Club then popped to Sainsburys but couldn't find a nice warm skirt that I wanted. Picked up a apple and blackberry pie and fresh custard to take to my brother's house tonight; he's providing the curry and I'll take dessert. I need comfort food but will have to work harder on my exercise bike later to 'earn' it

Have a good day everyone, keep warm x

Re: Frosty Friday

I DID have an early start!

Left the house at 7.30am to take boys to school and was at the office for 8.30. It was a beautiful drive through the lanes with the trees now almost leafless. Off in an hour or so to pick up Sebi, take him to tennis, then back to school for 6 to pick up Domi and take him to his tennis lesson! Might see if I can sneak a quick swim up there also. OH picking one of our cars up from its service/MOT so won't be able to help with the boy ferrying tonight

Re: Frosty Friday

Well afternoon all. Almost evening.

Not up long couple of hours, really but tired. Knee really hurting but not all the while. Think I am slightly overdoing it. But no real way round life has to go on.

Brought the white paint to do the woodwork hall stairs and landing - see how I go........may paint the street then do a World tour

Anyhow shortly I am going to have to start thinking CHRISTMAS.

Elaine did you phone the rescue?
P.P That paints a nice picture "mountains shade our house"
I have kinda being looking for the same thing warm skirt. Hope you find one soon. Your "afters" sound what sort of curry do you have chicken/lamb/beef/Veggie?

So the taxi service is in full flow then.

Everyone have a good day got to go phone is ringing again.

Re: Frosty Friday

Evening strangers'lol
I've killed my laptop so I'm using Howards tablet.
Several days ago I do fragmented it and then started an update.now we can't get it to boot up. We could probably put the system on again but I'm worried about loading things I haven't backed up.
Been to visit a friend after work her six year old cat has developed stomatitus ? The poor cat can't eat and is back to the vets tomorrow
