What a week

Started off last week with a migraine, something I dont get often at all.
Was looking after a puss cat, the MIL came over and let the cat out , spent two days looking for her, finally found her and got her home safely.
Caught a junkie breaking into the flat below mine last wednesday
Fell on a step and badly bruised my leg. The remote on my van key is knackered.
A fellow dog walkers' step son was mugged just a few streets away from my flat.
Another fellow dog walker lost one of her own dogs, died suddenly.
G ended up at A&E this afternoon with two broken teeth and a 2 inch gash on his head after helping me put some 8ft posts in the field, he smacked himself with the thumper. He's ok, mild concussion and an egghead as well as a sore mouth.
The only good thing that happened was that Rayne will be on the flyball display team later this year.

Re: What a week

It can only be you who can cram so much misfortune into a week like that, Elaine!
Seriously, I hope both you and G soon recover from your mishaps and everything gets back to normal for you soon.

Well done to Rayne!

OMG, Elaine, what a week; so sorry everything has been so miserable! I hope poor G is feeling better soon; that's enough to put a guy off helping! But I'm glad you found the missing cat... I assume that's what the posters were about? Take care, try to stay safe, (((hugs))) xxx

Re: What a week

That sort of week would make me a quivering wreck - hope G and you are both feeling physically better very soon and ready to fight another week. Fact is always stranger than fiction - hope you get loads of money for the film rights ((((HUGS))))
