Bright and breezy Sunday

Morning all

Had a fab night around our friends yesterday, great food and great company.

Going to cook a sausage casserole in my slow cooker today and make some cupcakes, might do dark chocolate and orange, coconut and cherry and mini marshmallow.

Going to pop on my ipod as I have about 4 audiobooks waiting to be listened to

Re: Bright and breezy Sunday

Hi Emma, those to follow! Bright here too, cooler than yesterday: 17 C (62 F) now, will warm up a bit later. To th market for stuff; having a not very Sunday-like dinner tonight, that cabbage, scallion, shiitake and bacon stir fry with rice. My own fusion dish recipe, very tasty. No other news, all's quiet and peaceful here. What books are you listening to?

Re: Bright and breezy Sunday

Afternoon all, your cupcakes sound delicious Emma, as does your dinner Eileen.
Beautiful sunny day here in Preston. We took Malaika on a 6 mile walk along a strech of canal banking we have never been on before. It was lovely.
Listed some things on ebay and just catching up on forums etc now.

Re: Bright and breezy Sunday

Yummy looking cakes Emma, just as well I can only look lol. I've been on my change of eating habits plan (not calling it a diet ) for over 12 weeks now and have lost 16 lbs Still got a wee bit to go, but getting there. I had sausage casserole done in my SC for dinner last night.

Absolutely glorious day here today. So all the housework got bumped off and spent the whole afternoon in the garden. Everything is all tidied and pruned for winter (just huby to mow the grass tomorrow) and the animal housing all sorted round. A very pleasant way to spend a sunday

That's excellent Alex! Want to share what "changed eating habits" you've been following? I managed to lose a good bit this time last year, but I am afraid it's all gone back on.
