Re: Horses.

What super shots . . . and horses!!

Are they yours? Dominik would be so jealous to know you have 3 of your own as he's completely nuts about riding now and loves anything horse-related

Yes, they are all ours Yola, we also have the 2 ponies. Bumble is Mike's horse and Bournville ( the black one is mine), Cirrus is a rescue as is Pippin. We are hoping to get the shetland in a cart this summer.

We have been moving them into the spring field, out of the winter field, gradually building up the time they are in there, so they are full of high spirits by the time we take them out of the spring field.

Re: Horses.

I have always been scared of horses since my parents sat me on one at a fair . . . it just didn't feel right to me. But now since I spend an hour in their company each week when Dominik rides I see them as lovely, friendly and placid animals rather than something to fear. The sheen on Bourneville's coat is lovely there Farthing!

Oh dear. Gardening, veggie growing and horse appreciation . . . I'm rapidly loosing my townie credentials here LOL
