It's lovely to see Kuan Yin outside investigating the pond, I hope she doesn't fall in!

How many fish have you in there Tink?

I also love the picture of Kuan Yin and the dragon! Like the dragon too, but not as much as Kuan Yin of course.

oh, you won't BELEIVE this, Mags! that property we were looking at...the seller said he's having financial issues and wants a bid on it before he flies out so he can show the location more accurately (the real estate agent can't even track it out right since it's in an area that is so obscure and we didn't get to see all of it). no way we're gonna make an offer without seeing the whole thing first!
so we're still looking around..but even when we do find one we like it'll take years before we even think of moving in...so we're doing upgrades to the current house in the meantime so we can enjoy it more..just some redecorating stuff..will prob not sell this house anyway when that time comes as we are planning to keep it and use it as a rental when we're not living in it.
i wonder what kuan yin would do in a property like that? can you imagine how long she will drag me behind her on that much more land? LOL

I think you're very wise Tink, who in their right mind would bid for a property they haven't seen properly!

It's surprising how just a touch of paint can uplift a house and transform it....... I hope all your decorating goes well....... you'll just have to watch out that your furries don't change colour with the wet paint!!
