Spider news...

Well the Spider has landed on her feet good & proper.
We have a new fosterer wanting to join the branch & is in the process of getting pens sorted (in fact we've had a lot of new fosterers which is fab) anyway, this lady was going to foster in-house in her spare room whilst the pens are on order. I asked her to have Spider-plant as she had been with me for ages & was getting very bored! Guess what, yesterday she called me to ask if she can keep the Spider ... After a long chat about the fact that keeping them is not really the idea of fostering, we decided that as her husband had fallen head over heals for Spider, they will keep her, but that she wont be keeping all the foster cats she has in.

lol, oh the temptation of keeping them all! I hope Spider is very happy in her new home, but stays an only 'child' lol!

Oh what a happy ending! That's exactly why I could never ever foster... would want to keep them all and end up a crazy (well. crazier!) old cat lady!!! Hugs to the Spider cat!!

I agree another reason why I will avoid fostering at all costs. ut so very very pleased she has landed on her feet.
