Chirping cat...

Not our cats, but a video i thought was both cute, and a little odd!

Can anyone explain maybe?

Re: Chirping cat...

That's what I call bird chitter! Very noticeable in indoor only cats sitting at a window watching them. Although some of them never bird chitter; Leia doesn't, nor did Dandy. Misty was a champion chitterer! Often accompanied by tail lashing.....

Re: Chirping cat...

A great set of articles there, really interesting Bubbles does it to the birds when she sees them out of the window which always makes me laugh Fizz just chirps at everything so it's hard to tell if she's being specific

Oddly also, one of my late cats, a lovely boy called Harley (Davidson, cos he had a purr like a motorbike) used to do it to the telephone when it rang

Re: Chirping cat...

This is one of my favourite videos. XD

Cats chirping is just adorable.

This is a video of a cat chirping/"cackling" - http://youtube.com/watch?v=ljmjmvMTWyY

For some unknown reason, cats doing this is just one of the few things that makes me laugh out loud for absolutely ages.
