uh oh..new habit..help!

kitty has decided she likes to pee in daddy's cherished potted tree in the living room..i suppose the soil is similar enough to kitty litter and being that she is eight weeks old she seems to fit in quite well with room to spare..still uses her litter box just fine..just likes her more nature based "extra toilet" now as well...erm..help?
pic of the little guilty one below to show you what i mean...

oh dear lol! Well, as for ways to stop her, try getting some wire mesh and putting it around the top of the pot or some large pebbles to put on top of the soil. These should stop her going there!

Re: uh oh..new habit..help!

Cassie used to lie in my large potted palm in the garden thankfully she never peed in it but she used to use the trunk of it as a scratching post ........ so I covered the top of the pot with pebbles and it looks quite attractive now and keeps Cassie away!

Or go to a garden centre. They sell cat repellent. Sprinkle some round the soil. That will work.

Orange/lemon peel might work too. The pebbles or pinecones sound the most practical, long term
(You can't blame her, and she does look sweet in there!)
