Baby Robin

OH noticed Bronwyn acting a bit strange near our passion flower over the last few days, so he had a bit of a look and there is a Robins nest in there and a baby chick

He got the cat in and we have been watching them bring food for the baby!!!!

The cats will stay in until the weekend and I will make sure they do not go near the nest.

How sweet Emma, and Bronwyn was good by not disturbing the nest....

Re: Baby Robin

Unfortunately Mags, I think she would have done given a chance!!! she really doesn't like birds whereas Arthur isn't that bothered by them.

Re: Baby Robin

aww, how sweet and exciting to watch. I had a blackbird nest under my bedroom window last year. It was so great to watch mum and dad flying back and forth and then we got to see them bringing the chicks down onto our lawn for food when they started to fly.
