Its a halti, but it also clips on to hic collar. A good idea as Blue is really bad at getting it off or clever, he rubs his face in the grass

I just wondered how you found it, if it was a canny collar - they are the "in thing" at the mo!
They work the same as a halti - but are attached slightly differently to a special collar & work really well.
