Morning all
Wet, cold and dull here.

Been to the scool this morning then a short walk in the park. Soaked up to my knees.
The rest of the morning had been put aside for Catsey.

Morning all. Yucky here, just had a hail storm! Nuts after he last 3 beautiful days we've had. Been doing some tidying and packing for the trip. I have decided we have far too many clothes, not enough room in the wardrobe for them all, but trying to decide what should go is a nightmare, lol. Just put on a pot of carrot soup so just waiting on that for my lunch, yummy. Hope you all have a good day!

Morning all, it is another beautiful sunny day here so it will be another few hours spent in the garden, weeding and tidying, then relaxing out there with a cuppa

Have been to the dentist this morning for a check up, all clear I'm pleased to say
Next Monday it's the hygienist's turn!

Have a lovely day all!

OH is home, the window cleaner has been and the sun is shining - all's well with the world!
Well done on the dental front Mags
Happy cooker hunting Fran

Re: Daily Thread / Thursday

At work today. OHs gone up to Sheffield to meet some product designers that are going to work on making a perspex apple for our client's promotion. Dominik is in holiday care at school and I'm kind of groggy after a bad night with Sebastian; he's got a nasty cold and was waking frequently

Am getting very frustrated by the jobsworth attitudes from my staff. Stroll in at ten past 9, go off for a long lunch and then out the door at 5.30 as if it's a race!!! Ends up me and OH either doing or finishing off everyone else's jobs for them as they're 'so busy'.

Right - I'm off now to get on with more stuff and answer phones whilst they all go down the pub

Best staff - working mums! Have to cut them a tiny bit of slack for kiddies emergencies/school things but they more than make up for it in enjoying work, enjoying the difference to domestic stuff and actually wanting to help - colleagues and customers.
