Fran - how's Porsha?

Is her tummy nice and quiet now? I'm hoping yes. And if it is, do you know what may have calmed it?
I do hope Porsha's going to turn out to be one of those who 'just grows out of it'
And did you fix a date for speying? You've probably already posted and I've forgotten. I do remember the vet wanted her to be bigger/stronger.

Re: Fran - how's Porsha?

Hi DM, thank you for asking. Yes she is really good at the minute. Infact the best I have known her since she arrived here! The diarrhoea has totally settled so the vet really does think that it was a reoccurance of the Giardia infection. Hopefully now she's had that long course of Metronidazole, it will have irradicated it! No date for speying booked as yet. I think the vet would be happier letting her have a few more good weeks on her back first but it won't be too far in the future. I'll let you know when she is going in, I'll be a nervous wreck

That sounds great Fran! Isn't life so much nicer when we're not terrified everytime our cat goes near the litter tray!!!

Good to hear Porsha has recovered......hope it keeps up...You would not be a cat lover PK if you didn't worry about her being spayed!
